have staff on-site to help you enroll into Hoosier Healthwise, the state
Medicaid program for pregnant women and children.

Max Rudicel, M.D.
A lifelong
resident of Delaware County, Dr. Rudicel has delivered more than
5,000 babies in his family practice career. Graduating from Indiana
University in 1970, he has been with Open Door Health Services
since 1997. In private practice for 17 years, he continues as an emergency
room physician at Ball Memorial Hospital. In addition, Dr. Rudicel
serves as the Muncie city school physician and jail physician. His
work was recognized several years ago when he became the recipient
of the National Head Start Humanitarian Award, even though he had
tough competition, such as the entire Missouri State Police force. |
