Women's Health visits are completed at 3715 S. Madison Street in the Southway Centre plaza. 

Specialized care is available to all women across the lifespan. Services available include:

• annual breast exams and Pap smears,

• testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases,

• vaginal infections,

• birth control,

• hormone replacement therapy,

• mammogram referrals,

• evaluation and treatment for menstrual problems,

• urinary problems, and

• pelvic pain.

Cost of services: If you do not have health insurance, our sliding fee scale can help you save up to 80% on our services, based on your household income and family size.

Women's Health Providers

Molly Graybeal, Nurse Practitioner A newcomer to Muncie, Molly Graybeal attended Emory University School of Nursing in Atlanta, GA for her BSN.  She worked as an RN at a hospital in Atlanta before returning to Emory to obtain her Master's in Nursing, specializing in Women's Health.  She then moved to North Carolina, where she practiced as a Women's Health Practitioner for several years.  She now lives in Muncie with her husband.
